Peter has dedicated his career to delivering exceptional trust and administration services, building lasting partnerships with high-net-worth individuals, their families, and advisors worldwide.
With over 30 years of experience, Peter specialises in complex trust litigation, asset recovery, and transforming underperforming trusts. His expertise also spans the development of philanthropic initiatives and managing significant business assets held within trust structures. As a former barrister with an extensive background in private and commercial trusts, Peter’s career has been built on his vast knowledge of the international trust sector.
Prior to establishing IMG in 2022, Peter was head of private client services with the Maples Group in the Cayman Islands, an executive director of Forbes Hare Trust Company in the Cayman Islands, and a partner in the Private Client Group of McGuireWoods LLP in London. Before that, Peter held the position of Managing Director of ATC Trust Group's offices in the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands and Hong Kong, as well as being a group shareholder.
A Lexology Client Choice winner in the “Private Client Trust & Advisory Services” category in the Cayman Islands, Peter is listed in the Citywealth ‘Top 75 Trustees’ 2024 and ranked in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide. He is also a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Maxine combines her extensive legal background and her role as a professional trustee to offer a unique and comprehensive approach to trust administration.
Established as a leader in private trust companies, encompassing all aspects of their licensing, registration, and operational requirements, Maxine has significant experience advising on wills, estate administration, and trust litigation, including complex matters involving the validity of trusts, cross-border asset recovery, and divorce-related claims on trust funds.
A well-known voice in the trust industry, Maxine has served as Chair of STEP Cayman, Chair of the Cayman STEP Conference, and Chair of the STEP Caribbean Conference. Her legislative contributions include chairing the committee for non-profit organisation legislation in the Cayman Islands and consulting on key regulations such as Beneficial Ownership and Economic Substance. Her leadership on the Trusts Law committee included advancing significant legislation updates and working closely with the Ministry of Financial Services and the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA).
Among her professional successes, Maxine is recognised in the Citywealth Top 75 Trustees 2024 and by Chambers High Net Worth Guide. She has earned recognition as a Who’s Who Legal recommended private client lawyer and is also a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
With two decades of offshore accounting expertise, Avinash leads client and internal accounting at IMG, combining technical precision with a finely tuned ability to meet the complex needs of private clients and institutions.
His skill in regulatory reporting and preparing corporate, trust, and consolidated financial statements—aligned with IFRS, FRSs, and US GAAP standards—ensures that IMG’s clients receive the highest level of financial service and insight.
Having specialised in client accounting, audit, compliance and financial analysis over a significant career within global fiduciary firms, top accounting groups and major banks, Ainash’s collaborative approach and commercial mindset make him a key player in the success of IMG’s clients and the firm’s continued growth.
Avinash is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
As in-house legal counsel, Abigail brings a level of insight and expertise that can only be gained from a 30-year career as a highly respected trust lawyer, trusted by families, businesses, charities, and authorities for her strategic legal guidance.
Appointed Partner at a long-established UK law firm at just 29 years of age, Abigail’s mix of advisory, in-house, and academic experience, including her current position as a Trusts Law tutor at St. Catherine’s College, the University of Oxford, demonstrates her versatility and the pivotal role she plays in IMG’s mission. Her experience includes managing complex estates, trusts, and multijurisdictional assets, both onshore and offshore. Abigail has also advised on prominent Cayman business transactions and provided counsel across sectors.
Educated at Cardiff University, Abigail qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and has been a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 1993.
Colin brings a unique blend of captive insurance expertise and operational experience to IMG, ensuring that both the company’s growth plans and clients’ evolving needs for advanced risk management and wealth preservation are effectively met.
With a long tenure as Director and Shareholder at Strategic Risk Solutions Cayman, Colin has played a key role in establishing captive insurance entities, providing clients with customised coverages that address specific risks—including property, liability, cybersecurity, and healthcare. His knowledge of the captive market enables family offices to centralise risk management, reduce expenses, and retain underwriting profits within their own structures, providing greater control and autonomy in a fluctuating market.
Currently serving as Treasurer of the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce, Colin holds an Associate degree in Captive Insurance, a B.A. in Economics from Boston College, and has completed a management course at the London School of Economics.
A celebrated legal academic and Director at the Truman Bodden Law School since 1992, Mitchell strengthens the board with over three decades of experience in operations and legal academia.
As a Non-Executive Director, Mitchell plays a key role in supporting IMG’s growth and strategic vision. He has made significant contributions to legal education and research, notably in Trusts, Criminal Law, Tort, Conflict of Laws, and Probate Law. His roles in prestigious UK universities and the Truman Bodden Law School have seen him lead strategic planning, programme development, financial management, and operational performance – skills that directly benefit IMG’s robust governance. Mitchell’s scholarship includes contributions to publications including the Charity Law and Practice Review, Legal Studies, the Journal of Criminal Law and the International and Comparative Law Quarterly.
In June 2021, Mitchell's dedication to legal education in the Cayman Islands was honoured with the British Empire Medal in the Queen’s Birthday Honours.
Mitchell is a member of the Society of Legal Scholars.
Emma Parker has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years advising law firms, private banks, trust companies and other industry organisations on their international marketing and business development strategies.
She is well connected in the international private client community both in London where she is now based, and in the major offshore financial services centres including the Cayman Islands, Jersey and BVI.
Emma has an exceptional professional network and brings a valuable strategic marketing perspective to IMG's growth plans. She is a graduate of the University of Manchester, holds Diploma in Communications, Advertising and Marketing (CAM) as well as a STEP Certificate in International Trust Management.
